Fundraising
As a whole school we feel that fundraising and supporting worthy charities are ways of educating children. We believe that children develop compassion and understanding of others through learning about children that may be less fortunate than themselves.
We always have lots of fun getting involved and raising money. We get dressed up and have such good fun whilst showing a great deal of care and concern for others.
Some of the charities we have recently supported include:
- Operation Christmas child (Shoe boxes)
- WWF animal adoption
- British Heart Foundation
- Children in Need
- Red Nose Day/ Sport Relief
- Poppy Appeal
- Marie Curie
- Macmillan
