Warburtons' Visit

 On Monday 25th June Westwood Infant School had a visit from Warburtons bakery. We were told about food hygiene and what was in the dough. We also had the chance to knead and shape our own dough to make our very own bread! The children made lots of lovely shapes including hedgehogs, rabbits, caterpillars and even guinea pigs! We also carried out an experiment as a large group and watched a balloon being blown up by a mixture of yeast, water and sugar. Here are some photographs from our day as bakers...
