As the Head Teacher I am a permanent member of the Governing Body and provide a link between the Governing Body and the school staff. At Westwood we are always looking at how we can enhance our provision to provide the very best education for every child.

Following the reconstitution of the Governing body during 2015 all Governors requested that they be invited to both the Finance, General Purposes and Personnel committee meeting and the Strategic Development and Pupils committee meeting so that there should never be an issue over being quorate.
